My Data Calendars for Weight Loss

These are my data calendars for June 2022 through June 2023. It includes how many points I ate a day or calories, the exercise I did, weight loss and inches lost. Some days I didn't track, so it will be blank. I also took off part of February-April to maintain. I lost my consistency with food when WW changed plans in mid-November and I also found it hard to to stick with my food after my husband lost his job in January.  I have been off and on again with my food consistency since late April to current day.
